Domaine Lucien & Fanny Rocault
Lucien Rocault represents the 18th generation of his family farming grapes in Saint Romain since 1280. Together with his wife Fanny, they transformed the family's cooperator parcels into an acclaimed winemaking house in 2009. Their hands-off approach lets terroir shine, using larger 500-liter puncheons rather than traditional barriques to preserve natural fruit character. From Hautes Côtes de Beaune to prestigious premier crus like Pommard 'Les Charmots,' their wines embody centuries of Burgundian heritage.
Wines Available:
Domaine Dufour
Founded in the 19th century in the heart of Beaujolais, Domaine Dufour represents generations of family winemaking tradition. Florent and his wife live surrounded by their hillside vineyards in Régnié la Durette, where steep slopes provide excellent drainage for concentrated, aromatic wines. Every grape is harvested exclusively by hand, and their commitment to traditional methods extends to aging reds in large 700L used oak barrels for minimal oak influence and maximum fruit expression.
Wines Available:
Domaine Alexandre
Claire and Olivier Alexandre lead this 3rd generation family domaine spanning 32 acres across the Chablis region. Their vineyards on famous Kimmeridgean soils—composed of 150 million-year-old oyster fossils—produce the mineral-driven Chardonnay that Chablis is renowned for. The Premier Cru Fourcheaume benefits from ideal west/south-west exposure, while their innovative ceramic ball splicing technique demonstrates their forward-thinking approach to traditional Chablis winemaking.
Wines Available:
Château Vieux Fournay
The Vergnaud family has owned Château Vieux Fournay for over 150 years across five generations. Thierry and Frederique took over in 1992, farming 13 hectares in Lussac-Saint-Émilion and 5 in Bordeaux proper. Their clay-limestone soils feature unique 'crasse de fer' (oxidized iron) subsoils that impart distinctive characteristics. Progressive yet respectful of tradition, they craft both classic blends and innovative cuvées like 'Insouciance,' a pure Merlot made without added sulfites.
Wines Available:
Château Saint Martial
Château Saint Martial's prestigious history dates to 1782 when Bertrand Petit Dupeyrat purchased the property just before the French Revolution. Today, brother and sister team Monique and Michel Micheau-Maillou craft a single Grand Cru Saint-Émilion cuvée from their 9-acre estate. Surrounded by legendary vineyards, they produce elegant, velvety wines with wild flower aromatics and dark fruit complexity that express the nobility of Saint-Émilion's right bank terroir.
Wines Available:
Château Le Borderon
Part of the prestigious Château l'Arrivaux estate built in 1581, Le Borderon sits at the gates of Saint-Estèphe in the Haut-Médoc appellation. The property spans 47 acres across three vineyard islets surrounded by forest and the Gironde estuary. Bérangère Tesseron continues the tradition passed from mother to daughter, blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot to create Merlot-forward wines with blackcurrant, vanilla, and roasted coffee notes.
Wines Available:
Domaine des Favards
Near Avignon in the Vaucluse, Domaine des Favards encompasses 25 hectares of certified organic vineyards on clay-limestone-gravel soils. Celine Barbaud crafts elegant, balanced Southern Rhône wines stressed by the Mistral wind and intense sun, producing low yields of concentrated, high-quality fruit. The estate spans two appellations—Plan de Dieu and Côtes du Rhône—and includes a gîte surrounded by vines. Their exclusive 'Diagonale 856' cuvée was created specially for La Cave.
Wines Available:
Domaine Deleuze-Rochetin
In the newly designated Duchê d'Uzès appellation, Domaine Deleuze-Rochetin farms parcels that have produced wine since the 6th century BC. Classified as an AOC in 2013, their 'La Sarrazine' cuvée showcases the complexity of this terroir—Syrah on red clay, Mourvèdre and Grenache on stone. The deep-rooted vines draw unique characteristics from diverse soil types, creating wines that are both elegant and boldly expressive of this ancient winemaking region.
Wines Available:
Domaine Melody
Founded in 2010, Domaine Melody unites Marc Romak, Marlène Durand, and Denis Lariviere across 50 acres in Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, and Saint-Péray. Long-time friends of La Cave, they demonstrate terroir expression through varied vinification methods. The northern Crozes-Hermitage location benefits from granite soils that retain water and moderate temperatures. Their Syrah, an homage to Marlène's grandfather, showcases fruit-forward cherry and blackcurrant finished in steel tanks for pure fruit expression.

Pascal Thomas
At 70+ years old, Pascal Thomas is a living legend of Sancerre, based in the Chavignol hamlet considered by many to be the appellation's finest village. His traditional approach produces quintessential Sancerre—bright green reflections in the glass, grassy aromatics on the nose, and mouthwatering acidity. The wine develops candied notes on the finish, showcasing why Chavignol has earned its reputation for Sauvignon Blanc excellence alongside its famous goat cheese.
Wines Available:
Domaine Basse Ville
Domaine Basse Ville's 'Les Barboires' vineyard features 40+ year-old Melon vines trained for low yields on rich sand-clay soil over a unique 'shales at two Micas' layer. This geological complexity gives the wine its elegance and finesse with candied apricot aromatics. Using only native yeasts and fermentation under the protection of fine lees, the wine develops soft elegance and stone fruit character that distinguishes it within the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation.
Wines Available:
Domaine de Rocheville
On the sloping banks of the Loire around the medieval church of Parnay, Domaine de Rocheville continues the great tradition of 'Côte' white and red wines. 'La Dame de Rocheville' Chenin Blanc from these historic vineyards shows creamy body with bright white flowers and minerality. Their 'Le Roi' Cabernet Franc from low-yield vines on south-southwest exposed calcareous clay delivers bold red fruits and spices, embodying the character of Saumur-Champigny.

Anne Gros & Jean-Paul Tollot
Anne Gros, a family friend of La Cave, is renowned in Burgundy but we've made a rare exception to import her Languedoc venture. In partnership with Jean-Paul Tollot, she brings Burgundian winemaking philosophy to Minervois. The cuvée combines maturity and freshness with Burgundian vinification—50% oak barrels, 50% stainless steel.
Wines Available:
Ferme de la Bouillette
The Lebey family has cultivated their land in Pennedepie for multiple generations, with fruit production tracing back to the late 19th century. Their great-grandfather established the farm combining traditional agriculture with seasonal fruit cultivation. In the 1950s, Étienne and his wife expanded the orchards with new varieties of apples and pears, and from 1970 onwards, calvados production became central to the farm's identity. Today, Jean-Marc's daughter Florine carries forward the family tradition with meticulous attention to quality. Having studied cidery, she oversees production of authentic local products—cider, calvados, and pommeau—all made on-site from their own apples, while seasonal fruits including cherries, plums, pears, and apples reflect nature's rhythms and the farm's commitment to healthy, environmentally respectful practices.
