The elegant and fresh nose is ample, starting with cranberries, raspberries, and red currant, developing into wild dark cherries and violet. At the taste, the tangible brightness awakes your senses and makes this wine tense and involving, calling for another sip. Its juicy character is addicting! The opulent mid palate delivers plushness and pleasure in a fresh fashion while the delicate tannin structure acts as a silky layer on your palate.

Story/Vineyards:

In 2019, Eglantine got enchanted by the purity and the energy of Mariah Vineyards; a magical and magnificent mountaintop island, resting above the fog line, about 5 miles and 2,600 feet above the Pacific Ocean, in Northern California. She grabbed the opportunity to work with exceptional Pinot Noir grapes from Mariah Vineyards and started ENA wines!

Mariah Vineyards, under Mendocino Ridge sub-AVA, one of the most exclusive cool climate AVAs, is conducted following regenerative and organic methods and is completely dry farmed.
