Florent Thinon Le Crozet is Florent's 100% Chenin Blanc from a 0.8-hectare granite parcel at 400 m in the Roannaise hills, bottled under the Urfe IGP: native yeasts, eight months on fine lees in cement and barrel. Floral, lively, quince and white flowers; goat cheese and shellfish. Only 36 bottles.
