Domaine Kox
The Domaine started several generations ago in the town of Remich and although it started as a passion project, it became the Kox Family's only focus in 1919.
The Saint Laurent grapes are harvested by hand and aged in Luxembourgish Oak barrels for 12 months.
The wine is deep red with shades of purple. Complexe aromas with great balance of ripe red fruits and blackened wood. Firm & delicate tannin structure that softens with time, typical from the Luxembourgish oak. Each sip leaves you with a fresh and lengthy finale, without the heaviness.
Vineyard soil is Keuper with clay marls.
Serve slightly chilled at 55° F
