Chef Claude Le Tohic and his team wanted to give their fans special access to some of the wines elaborated especially for ONE65. The cellar includes Champagne ONE65 cuvée and Chablis O’ Cuvée as well as a Red & Rosé from Provence.

CHAMPAGNE

Made from 100% Pinot Noir at the most southern part of the Champagne region, this cuvée was made especially for Chef Claude’s vision of ONE65. Elegant, bright red fruits, notes of rich brioche and a firm acidity offer your taste buds the perfect start to the evening.

CHABLIS

Coming from 25 year old Chardonnay vines around the village of Chablis in Burgundy. Cuvée O’ was imagined to complement Chef Claude’s cuisine at ONE65’s O’ restaurant. Flint, smoke, citrus aromas - it is precise and focused.

RED & ROSÉ

Both blends from Domaine de Marchandise in Côtes de Provence appellation, right between St Tropez & Cannes, a few miles from the Mediterranean sea. The red is bold and softens with time. The rosé is simply delicious, white peaches, exotic fruits and lovely vivacity.
