what is your shipping policy?

We strongly encourage shipping to a business address. In order to receive your wine, someone 21+ needs to sign for the package.

We ship for you to most states

Shipping for you to all US states except Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi and Utah.

Domestic

All wines are sold in California and title passes to you, the buyer, in California. We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state other than California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wine. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing the delivery is at least 21 years old.

Returns

We always try our very best to get wine to you in pristine condition. Should you be the rare recipient of an off-condition wine, please let us know - you can dispose of the wine, just send us the cork and email us via info@lacavewines.com

If your product is damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately, and we will file a claim with the shipping company, as well as replace your damaged bottles.

What does it cost to join?

Rien, nothing.

How many bottles will I receive?

You choose if you would like to receive 3, 6 or 12 bottles every two months. You can always modify your shipment.

How do shipment selections work?

We'll load your cart with our seasonal selection every two months. You then have a week to modify the order to your liking before we ship (you can also modify the number of bottles). Then your wines are shipped to your door!

How can I enter to win a trip to France?

All club members get automatically entered to win a trip for two to France. It's hosted by our sister shop in France and they select at random the lucky member. You have to be a member of one of our clubs the day of the drawing (January 31st of each year). Terms & Conditions →

Can I skip a shipment?

Sure! You can skip as many times as you would like, when you get notified the selection is ready, just email us that you want to skip!

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel at anytime by emailing info@lacavewines.com but please give us suggestions, we want to make it easy for you to access our wines is all.

How do I order wholesale?

You have to hold a wine wholesale or wine retail license in the United States and get in touch: info@lacavewines.com
